As a member of our dynamic IT support team, you are the first contact person for all technical support requests. With your know-how, you are the link between our internal IT and the specialist departments. In this way, you actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure.
Your Tasks
- You process and coordinate requests via our ticket system, telephone, chat, e-mail or on-site.
- You provide support for IT workstation problems.
- You manage user and computer accounts.
- You contribute to the optimization of the existing IT infrastructure, processes and documentation.
- You will assist in ensuring flawless IT operations.
Your Profile
- You have a degree in IT or comparable training.
- You have experience in helpdesk support and basic network knowledge.
- You are familiar with MS-Office products and server/client environments (Windows/Linux).
- You enjoy new challenges and the interface function between IT and the specialist departments.
- You are characterized by a friendly, open-minded and distinct service mentality.
- You don‘t mind regular on-call duty.
- Your German and English skills make you a team player in our international workforce.
